All furniture and modular work will be manufactured using water-resistant Phenol Bonded ISI-marked 100% Pine Core Plywood – Elegant Brand, as specified in the quotation.
The exterior surfaces will be finished with the selected imported laminate/veneer as approved by the client.
The interior surfaces will be finished with 0.8 mm laminate, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
Any change in material, brand, thickness, colour, or finish after approval may result in additional charges.
The quotation covers only the items and specifications specifically mentioned in the approved quotation.Any additional work, modification, material, accessory, or item not included in the quotation will be treated as extra work and will be charged separately after obtaining the client's approval.
3D design consultation and visualization are complimentary as part of the project.
Designs, layouts, materials, colours, finishes, and specifications will be finalized and approved by the client before execution.
Any substantial design changes requested after approval may involve additional cost and/or affect the project completion timeline.
The payment schedule shall be as follows:25% Advance Payment: Payable before commencement of interior work.
30% Mid-Stage Payment: Payable upon completion of the agreed mid-stage of the project.
Balance Payment: The remaining amount shall be paid progressively as per the agreed project milestones.
Final Payment: 100% of the total outstanding amount must be cleared before final handover of the completed interior work and flat keys.All payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule to ensure uninterrupted execution of the project.
The estimated project completion period is 3–4 months from the commencement of work, subject to timely design approvals, material selections, site readiness, payments, and other dependencies from the client's end.Any delay caused by changes in scope, delayed approvals, payment delays, material selections, site-related issues, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ivory Interior may extend the completion timeline.
Electrical work is subject to the client's final requirements and approved design.The electrical cost may increase or decrease depending on the quantity, specifications, brand, fixtures, points, and other requirements finalized by the client.
The hinges and other hardware/accessories included in the quotation will be from the brands/specifications mentioned in the approved quotation, including Hettich / Hafele, wherever applicable.Any change or upgrade requested by the client will be charged additionally.
Ivory Interior provides a 1-year manufacturing and installation warranty on applicable interior work, subject to normal usage and proper maintenance.The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, water leakage/seepage, structural issues, natural wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, third-party work, or accidental damage.
Any item, material, appliance, accessory, civil work, electrical work, or service not specifically mentioned in the approved quotation shall not be considered part of the project scope.Such items can be provided upon request and will be charged separately.
The keys of the flat/property will be handed over to the client only after completion of the agreed work and clearance of all outstanding payments and dues.
The prices and terms mentioned in the quotation will remain valid for 30 days from the date of quotation, unless otherwise stated.After the validity period, Ivory Interior reserves the right to revise the quotation based on changes in material prices, labour costs, taxes, transportation, or other applicable costs.
Ivory Interior shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from:
Delay in design or material approvals;
Changes requested by the client after approval;
Delay or failure in making scheduled payments;
Delay in providing site access or possession;
Client-related decisions or dependencies;
Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ivory Interior.
Any such delay may result in a corresponding extension of the project completion timeline.
Any complimentary item, promotional benefit, discount, or special offer agreed upon as part of the project will be adjusted against the final settlement amount, unless otherwise specified in writing.
The advance payment is non-refundable once the project has been initiated or procurement/design/execution activities have commenced.The advance amount will be adjusted against the total project value as per the agreed quotation.
The final execution will be based on actual site measurements and conditions. Any significant variation between the initial measurements and actual site conditions may require corresponding changes in material, design, scope, cost, or execution timeline.
All major materials, colours, laminates, veneers, hardware, finishes, and designs will be presented to the client for approval before execution wherever applicable.
Once approved, any subsequent change may attract additional charges and may affect the delivery timeline.
The approved quotation, drawings/designs, material specifications, and these Terms & Conditions shall collectively form the basis of the project agreement between Ivory Interior and the client.
Any changes to the agreed scope, specifications, pricing, or timeline should be confirmed in writing by both parties.
